If you are a Tapmydata app user we don't hold any information on you so whilst you might have an account on your phone any data that is held on our system is encrypted and is unreadable once you delete your app.

If you still want us to remove this encrypted data the only way we can identify you in our system is if you send over your unique wallet address that appears in the rewards section of the app. To do this, follow the procedure below:

1. Click the rewards section in the app.

2. Click the QR code symbol.

3. Copy your wallet address and send it to support@tapmydata.com
